Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline of our customer interaction, ensuring that each customer has a positive experience. You'll handle inquiries, provide solutions, and build strong relationships with our customers. Your role is critical in maintaining arenaflex's reputation for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field (although not required, we're willing to train the right candidate)
