Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your goal is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and accurately
  • Providing detailed information about products and services
  • Documenting and updating customer records in the company's database
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
