Job Description:
As a Part-Time Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide accurate, valid, and complete information. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, and building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Essential Qualifications:
