POSITION OVERVIEW: Drive digital transformation through legal technology implementation, vendor management, compliance oversight and knowledge sharing. Ensure technology investments deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, visibility and collaboration. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Implement and oversee legal tech solutions (Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), eBilling, Document Management System (DMS)). Collaborate with IT and Finance to align tech with business goals 2. Manage vendor relationships, contract and terms 3. Coordinate large initiatives and change management efforts 4. Develop stakeholder communication plans 5. Build and maintain a knowledge management system and provide training for tech adoption 6. Maintain templates and best practices repository 7. Document current delivery models and identify outsourcing opportunities 8. Develop compliance programs and policies for tech use 9. Collaborate with IT to manage privacy, data protection and governance risk for the legal department 10. Support audits, regulatory filings, and investigations 11. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience plus five (5) years’ experience in legal tech implementation and management.
  • Master’s degree or certifications in Legal Tech, PMP and/or Info Governance, preferred
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation expertise, required
  • Compliance and risk management experience, required
  • Familiarity with CLM, eBilling, DMS and workflow automation.
  • Working knowledge of Project/Program management and change management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, necessary to communicate with all levels of management
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to work professionally with all levels of the organization and build collaborative working relationships

Pay Range: $83,799.00 - $160,894.00 per year Colorado Pay Ranges: Springfield $83,799 - $134,079; Colorado Springs, Grand Junction $89,665 - $143,465; Henderson, Mead $94,693 - $151,509; Gypsum $100,559 - $160,894 Illinois Pay Ranges: East Moline, Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford $89,665 - $143,465; Aurora, Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion $100,559 - $160,894 New York Pay Ranges: Plattsburgh, Buffalo, Watertown, North Chili, East Syracuse, Nichols $89,665 - $143,465; Nichols $94,693 - $151,509; Bethpage, Montgomery, West Babylon $100,559 - $160,894 Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: Posting Date: 01/09/26.
