Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume client requests and providing exceptional customer service
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems
- Investigating missing prescription data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
- Resolving data entry-related issues and escalating to senior-level staff as needed
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely
- Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Acquiring a dynamic pharmacy technician certification or accreditation within the first 90 days of employment

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files and printing reports + Accessing data online
- Basic web search skills, including:
+ Opening a web browser + Typing in URLs + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms
- Middle-level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing reports
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years of pharmacy technician experience with a certification or enrollment by the state as recognized by the State Board for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Advanced keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Designing reports
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
