Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalating complex cases as needed
  • Utilizing your skills to solve client problems, updating account history, and following up to ensure inquiries are resolved
  • Adhering to client SLAs and consistently meeting production targets
  • Collaborating with team members, management, and clients to resolve inquiries, and training new team members in customer service processes
  • Reviewing and recommending improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in any industry
  • Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve inquiries effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professional written and oral communication
  • Ability to understand your role within a team and consult the right stakeholders to resolve client inquiries

What to Expect

  • Remote work from anywhere in the USA
  • Video cameras required during all interviews and the first week of orientation
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • Competitive pay range: $29,100 - $41,600 per year (base pay may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and experience)
