As a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our customer-facing team, responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities

* Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns

• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and tools, meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, taking the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction
• Collaborate with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements and Skills

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• High school diploma or GED, with good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the automotive industry or a related field

• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills

Work Hours and Benefits

* Monday through Friday, 10am-7pm, onsite at our Lenexa location (no remote work)
