Associate Attorney – Litigation

They are seeking Associate Attorneys who are eager to build a strong foundation in litigation through structured training and mentorship, while gaining practical exposure to various aspects of case strategy and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- You’ll receive structured guidance from seasoned litigators and regular performance feedback
- From day one, you’ll take an active role in depositions, case analysis, trial prep, and client strategy
- Work directly with clients and be encouraged to develop your own professional relationships
Skills
- Minimum 1 years of litigation experience, including pre- and post-suit investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing law and motion, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation, in the areas of general liability, premises liability, products liability, employment and civil rights/§ 1983 work representing municipalities
- Admission to the Georgia State Bar in good standing
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in building a long-term litigation career
