- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Experience in drafting and responding to discovery
- Experience preparing for and conducting depositions
- Experience in mediations, motions and trial preparation
- Active license to practice law in the state of California
- Member in good standing with the state bar
- Must reside in California
- Experience defending construction defect, commercial, general and professional liability matters
- Familiarity with standard legal billing practices
