[Remote] Account Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SmithSolve is a growing healthcare communications agency recognized for its excellence in rare diseases and specialty medicine. The Account Coordinator will support account teams, assist in project management, draft content, and provide administrative support to ensure the success and growth of the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting account teams as directed
  • Expanding knowledge and understanding of communication tactics
  • Drafting content
  • Using project management tools such as agendas, recaps, and trackers delegated by account directors
  • Conducting research
  • Participating in professional development activities
  • Daily administrative support to account teams, clients, and patients

Skills

  • Two- or four-year degree from a college or university or one to three years of work experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience or internships within the following areas: PR/communications, Public health, Sciences, Healthcare
  • A dedication to delivering the highest-quality work product via attention to detail and time management
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and communications skills
  • The willingness and ability to handle daily administrative tasks
  • A passion for impacting the lives of patients each and every day
