[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking Business Development Representatives to generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities for their Sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and readiness for Sales engagement
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, ensuring high-quality handoffs to Sales representatives
- Manage daily activity goals and maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce or similar systems
- Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to align outreach and conversion strategies
- Continuously refine messaging and approach based on industry trends and prospect feedback
Skills
- Proven ability to independently manage outbound cadences and qualify leads effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- A results-driven mindset with resilience, adaptability, and integrity
- Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach preferred)
