[Remote] Associate Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Inizio Evoke is a full-service agency with 25 years of history supporting pharmaceutical and life science clients. They are looking for an Associate Project Manager to support senior Project Managers by coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources for projects, while ensuring effective communication across internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Help to keep projects moving through the agency, which includes routing work for review according to internal and external processes, handling submissions for client review and medical/legal review, meeting setup, and supporting in managing timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources and processes to take projects from concept through to implementation
  • Work with all internal departments -- creative, technology, strategy, account & behavioral services -- during the life of a project
  • Be trained and possess extensive knowledge of multiple submission platforms
  • Understand assets delivered by creative team to prepare for submission (references, citations, claims, and coordinating with project teams)
  • Maintain electronic job folders based on established procedures Route projects through the agency for review and sign-off via Ziflow platform per agency process
  • Maintain jobs in system, which includes opening and closing projects, updating tasks, uploading files, etc
  • Pull weekly project financial reports
  • Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings
  • Assist Senior Project Managers and greater project management team
