[Remote] Financial Planning Analyst

The FP&A Associate will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, collaborating closely with finance leadership to provide insights into business performance and aid in data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
- Prepare forecasts and reforecasts based on business performance and updated assumptions
- Track and report on weekly and monthly pacing metrics
- Prepare monthly variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast
- Develop and maintain bookings-to-billings analysis and reporting
- Support management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis
- Develop insightful presentations and financial scenario analysis to facilitate senior management decision-making
- Assist with accounting oversight to ensure alignment between financial reporting and business performance
- Support financial policy setting and documentation in partnership with finance leadership
- Manage and track client bonus programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related role
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with financial systems a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
