Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through our website chat platform, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize a document containing answers to frequently asked questions to resolve customer queries
  • Collaborate with a supervisor to address more complex customer issues
  • Work independently, following provided instructions and guidelines to ensure seamless customer support
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Proficient in written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Availability of 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
