Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via email and live chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the Knowledge Base provided by arenaflex.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Achieving and maintaining established performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or email support environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger, with the ability to navigate and utilize the platform effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and a reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise emails and chat responses.
