Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls/chats with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Gathering customer information, assessing, and fulfilling customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Educating customers regarding tax preparation products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Utilizing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, including our CRM and other web-based applications
  • Resolving customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meeting or exceeding company and client performance metrics, including call handling times, first call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Maintaining a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making, ensuring that customer needs are met while adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers
  • Accepting and embracing changes within the current business environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Being responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required

Experience Required for Your Success

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year call center experience required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required, with a focus on resolving customer issues and meeting customer needs
  • Minimum of 2 years computer experience in a work environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications
  • Tech support experience is strongly preferred, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or within web-based applications, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues, with a focus on resolving customer problems and meeting customer needs
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise communication
  • Problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues and meeting customer needs
  • Dedicated area to work from in your home, with a focus on creating a productive and comfortable workspace
  • Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wired access/WIFI is not permitted)
