Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Operator (Remote) – High-Speed Typing and Secure System Navigation, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing inbound complaint system fulfillment with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Utilizing a knowledge database and following standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests and resolve customer inquiries
  • Navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including secure systems, with strict adherence to privacy guidelines
  • Documenting each contact in a database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management, including data entry, research, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience OR
  • Associates Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience OR
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Active Public Trust Security clearance
  • Attention to detail with a high level of data entry accuracy
  • Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures, including strict adherence to privacy guidelines when accessing secure systems
  • Efficient typing (40 WPM) and computer skills, including experience with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation (8am-8pm) Monday through Friday, based on business needs

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with secure systems and data entry software
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
