What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Associate in our inbound call center, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Guiding customers through product selection, purchases, order status, tracking details, and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience
• Addressing and resolving fulfillment issues promptly and effectively
• Accurately documenting cases and utilizing internal tools to ensure seamless communication, effective follow-up, and keeping customer information up to date

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a self-motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment but also excels at working independently. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience: At least 1 year in an inbound call center role, ideally within eCommerce
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, efficient multitasking with accuracy, and technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software
• Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time effectively while handling multiple customer inquiries
• Performance-Driven: Motivated by performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in response time, customer sentiment, and resolution rates
• Problem-Solving: Quick and effective problem-solving abilities
• Attitude: Positive, solution-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping others
• Requirements: Minimum high school diploma and ability to type at least 40 wpm
