Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Customer Care team. As a Remote Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex subscribers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, technical support, and general questions about our service. You will also troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex subscribers via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, technical support, and general questions about our service - Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
