Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Inventory Network Optimization and Process Improvement

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and drive inventory network optimization and process improvement initiatives. As a data-driven professional, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise in data mining, data analysis, and process improvement will enable you to drive significant value for arenaflex and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee store network processes and ensure stock flow through the supply chain and satisfaction centers by coordinating goals and addressing day-to-day issues

• Analyze data from various partners to smooth out and further develop network efficiencies, providing information to the provider consistency process stream
• Investigate and break down main drivers of day-to-day and raised cases concerning transportation, receiving, stock, and return-related issues
• Lead execution audits of promotional divisions, distribution centers, and providers, and provide proposals for corrective action to key partners
• Streamline production network execution by deciding and supporting a streamlined way channel from provider to store to best fit sales, in-stock, and benefit measurements
• Collaborate with partners in accordance with store network management to ensure sales, in-stock, stock, productivity, and technique objectives are accomplished
• Follow the development and appearance of merchandise across the store network, creating and introducing suggestions to address conflicting objectives
• Recognize request exemptions, disturbances, and production network imperatives that will affect inventory network execution, and create and organize a goal
• Impact field-level leadership and provide direction to the execution of tasks by acting as a contact for the field and conveying functional assumptions to the providers and carriers
• Address execution-related issues with partners, addressing stream management questions and concerns, recognizing best practices, and instructing groups on variation and execution regarding these accepted procedures
• Collaborate with business partners to identify and develop assets to further develop efficiencies, and answer driver asks
• Oversee production network stream process improvement endeavors by adding to the plan, advancement, and conveyance of better approaches for working between inventory network partners
• Introduce better approaches for working endeavors and persistent improvement proposals to authority, focusing on item stream plan goals, guaranteeing stream plans are reachable, and supporting development to work on current arrangements and techniques
• Deal with the amendment of mistakes cycles and input circles, recognizing areas of chance to further develop administration levels, supporting the utilization of start to finish costing approach and lean ideas, giving expense proposals to lessen process waste, and give chances to cost decreases and interaction efficiencies
• Check on and examine the effect and advantages to interior cycles

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining, or related field
• Strong expertise in SQL, BigQuery, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau (or similar tools)
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining, or related field
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Certification in data science or related field (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional)
