You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders. Responsibilities:

* Design and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop data models to support business needs
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence and analytics
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
• Proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with SAFE Spry, Alteryx, or other business intelligence and analytics tools

• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
• Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
