Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with all store services and products, including shipping and packaging, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by our franchise owners
  • Processing customer sales through our point-of-sale system and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing exceptional customer service in person, through email, and by phone, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Up-selling, cross-selling, and actively participating in marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business growth
  • Maintaining the center's inventory, ordering, and stocking levels, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Interacting with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Sorting and depositing mail in private mailboxes and capturing, completing, and organizing Virtual Mail tasks
  • Collaborating with management to maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services
  • Ability to multitask, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team members
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and some supervisory skills preferred

Physical and Safety Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to:

  • Stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time
  • Lift at least 50 pounds
  • Communicate clearly with customers by email, phone, and in-person
  • May be required to operate a motor vehicle
  • Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
