Your Role

As a Customer Support Associate - Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers via live chat and email, addressing inquiries, guiding them through product features, and assisting with issues such as returns and re-ordering.
  • Focusing primarily on customer support, ensuring users receive timely and accurate assistance, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with our international team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support.

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour.

  • Contract Length: Enjoy the flexibility of a contract without a fixed term.
  • Hours Per Week: Minimum of 5 hours, with the possibility to extend up to 40 hours based on your availability.
  • Work Environment: Fully remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere, with a preference for candidates in the United States.
