Responsibilities
- Deliver and support next-gen B2B integration projects and Hypercare initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external teams across borders
- Develop comprehensive, user-friendly documentation
- Infuse customer-centric thinking into every project
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with order-to-cash processes
- Experience with B2B transaction formats (cXML, EDI) and communication standards (HTTP/S, VAN, AS2, FTP)
- Proficient with SAP and MS Office Suite
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and an excellent communicator (oral, written, presentation)
- Customer-focused, ideally with experience in customer service, technical support, or retail— anticipate and address customer needs
