Risk Analyst
OnPay is a fast-growing software company headquartered in Atlanta, offering a modern cloud-based payroll, HR, and benefits solution for small to midsize businesses. The role involves conducting risk assessments on new clients, reviewing client activity for anomalies, and collaborating with clients to ensure suitable outcomes while enhancing processes and improving security.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments on newly enrolled clients/companies to determine both authenticity and credit risk
- Review of client activity for anomalous behavior
- Fastidious recordkeeping throughout daily processes
- Analyze both financial and non-financial data to shape business decisions
- Collaborate with clients to achieve the most suitable outcome for all parties
- Assist clients with queries relating to our business function

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, going from technical/financial to client interaction with ease
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various types of clients
- Critical and creative thinker, able to formulate innovative solutions to problems
- Aptitude for data analysis
- High attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Practical knowledge of transaction processing, specifically ACH and wire transfers
- Conceptual understanding of credit risk
- College degree preferred
