Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
- Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal teams
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
