Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Remote Content Moderator and Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community standards team, you'll be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines. In addition, you'll manage our online presence by creating and scheduling social media content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. Responsibilities

As a Remote Content Moderator and Social Media Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Content Moderation: Review and moderate online content to ensure it meets our community standards and guidelines. Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage with our online community in a positive and respectful manner. Social Media Content Creation: Develop and schedule social media content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging. Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze social media metrics to inform content strategy and optimize performance. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to achieve specific goals and objectives. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to inform our content strategy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Creativity: Strong creative skills for content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple social media accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media tools, including scheduling software, analytics platforms, and content creation tools. Experience: Previous social media management experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment. Home Setup: Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a dedicated computer or laptop.
