Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs.
- Work closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities and advance financial cycles, planning philosophies, systems, reports, and analyses.
- Act as the liaison between the FP&A and application development teams to enable transformation.
- Perform and support ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects on a case-by-case basis.
- Strive to continuously improve existing processes and innovate.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance technology.
- A solid working knowledge of financial statements and a strong understanding of financial tools, data technologies, and data strategy.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.
