Responsibilities
- Creating videos and visual content using internal and third-party AI tools across multiple genres and formats
- Building scalable AI video production workflows that go from concept to content in lightspeed
- A/B testing visual styles, formats, and storytelling approaches to maximize engagement and watchtime
- Staying ahead of visual trends across social media platforms to lead the curve rather than follow it
- Building comprehensive libraries of visual assets, prompts, and workflows for rapid content iteration
- Managing partner creators in a scalable yet productive manner
- Keeping artistic oversight to maintain brand standards across all products
- Collaborating with our engineering team to optimize processes, systems and output quality
Skills
- Extensive portfolio of AI-generated content across diverse visual styles and formats
- Expert-level proficiency with AI video tools as well as traditional production software
