Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital support role in our office, working closely with our accounting and sales departments to ensure seamless operations. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately entering sales data, updating our accounting records, and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) database. You'll also be responsible for processing mail, handling deposits, and following up on leads. If you're a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a knack for seeing what needs to be done, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter sales data, update accounting records, and maintain CRM database

  • Process mail, handle deposits, and follow up on leads
  • Provide administrative support to accounting and sales departments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
