Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on arenaflex social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems, leveraging your problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Generate insights from customer interactions to provide feedback and improve our services, helping us to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of social media.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of English (additional languages a plus).

  • Proven experience in customer service or social media management, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective functionalities, including content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer support or related fields, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and social media marketing principles.

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes, including content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with content creation and engagement strategies, including video production, photography, and copywriting.
