Key Responsibilities

As a Student Success Coach, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting students throughout their education program, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their academic goals
• Managing a group of assigned students, coaching them through their degree program, and proactively reaching out to ensure their success
• Encouraging and supporting students through daily and weekly outreach, helping them develop essential skills and knowledge for academic success
• Providing a trusted environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests
• Offering and teaching students how to use resources to maximize their success
• Becoming a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support
• Serving as a liaison for students, enabling them to connect with various departments and resources

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning (or international equivalent)
• Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
• Ability to learn technical skills quickly
• Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
• Strong customer support focus and attention to details

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. Schedule and Availability

We're open Monday-Thursday 8am to 7pm CDT, and Friday & Saturday 8am to 5pm CDT. We hire people from all time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our students. As a Student Success Coach, you'll have an assigned schedule during our hours of operation, defining a 40-hour work week.
