Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Call Center, you will be responsible for:
- Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals
- Dispatching proper authorities as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have prior customer service experience
- Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy and technical skills
- Be willing to commit to a full-time schedule, with possible work-from-home opportunities available after successful completion of training
Training and Development
Our paid training program will take place on-site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024. During this comprehensive training program, you will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role, including:
- Alarm monitoring procedures and protocols
- Customer service best practices
- Technical skills and software training
