Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services and light repairs on our soft drink dispensing machines. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met, and provide technical expertise to resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink dispensing machines, including routine maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs

  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues with dispensing machines, identifying and resolving problems efficiently
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on dispensing hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
