Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing online customer support through various communication channels, including email, live chat, and social media platforms
  • Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer requests for booking flights, changing reservations, and processing refunds
  • Assisting customers with navigation of the company website and mobile app
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the online customer experience and communicating them to the appropriate stakeholders
