Experienced Application Administrator – Entry Level Position for arenaflex's Beacon-to-Link Migration Project

As a company that's committed to excellence, we're seeking an experienced Application Administrator to join our team and support our Beacon-to-Link migration project.

Job Summary:

We're looking for an entry-level Application Administrator to perform application administration tasks, including building organizations and users in Link, and providing exceptional customer service to our end-users. As part of our Beacon-to-Link migration project, our development team is building tools to migrate organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components. However, they need resources beyond their 4-person team to assist with building the remaining orgs and users. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our migration project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build organizations and users in Link, manually or programmatically, as required

  • Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials
  • Assist with the migration of organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components from Beacon to Link
  • Perform other application administration tasks as required

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (greater than 40 wpm)
  • Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with end-users
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications:

* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience

  • Bilingual, English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a similar role, with a focus on application administration and customer service
