Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone channels.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and service excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in using computers, online platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer interactions in a professional manner.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or prior experience in customer service is a plus.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or virtual engagement roles preferred.
  • Experience in handling remote or digital customer support is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Flexible work-from-home schedule.
  • Rotational shifts may apply, including weekends and holidays.
  • Approx. 40 hours per week.
