Account Coordinator - Commercial Lines
HUB International is one of the world’s largest insurance brokers, focusing on providing tailored insurance solutions. The Commercial Lines Account Coordinator will provide professional service to customers, manage accounts, and support account managers with various duties.
Responsibilities
- Process Certificates of Insurance
- Complete Evidences of Property
- Request Loss Runs from Insurance carriers
- Issue Auto ID cards
- Create loss summaries
- Enter renewal activities into agency management system
- Assist Account Managers with other duties as needed
- Pursue a program for personal and professional development
- Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by management
Skills
- Associate degree (2-year degree)
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- No Travel Required
- 1-2 years commercial lines experience
- Property and Casualty producer's license or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Proficient with standard office computer tools; i.e. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a positive team environment and independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
