[Remote] Collections Representative (WI)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is expanding its collections department, initially focusing on medical collections. The role involves contacting consumers with past due balances to negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism and respect.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumers with past due balances to negotiate payment arrangements
• Follow a set schedule, typically Monday through Friday during business hours
• Listen empathetically and communicate professionally to resolve conflicts
• Maintain reliability and attendance, especially during training
• Transition from training to performance-based roles as proficiency increases

Skills

• Experience resolving challenging customer situations
• Professional communication skills suitable for conflict resolution
• Ability to self-manage in a remote work environment with a private workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet meeting organizational standards
• Residency in Wisconsin, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Utah, or Idaho
• Experience in medical or bill collection
