Onboarding, Compliance and Credentialing Specialist
Centria Healthcare is a provider of private duty nurses and home health aides, serving families across Michigan. They are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Onboarding, Compliance and Credentialing Specialist to support their clinical and field-based teams through the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire paperwork and credentialing requirements
- Communicate with healthcare professionals about licensing, certifications, and training
- Track compliance with state, federal, and payor regulations
- Assist with audits and maintain up-to-date personnel records
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal teams and external partners
Skills
- Experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, auditing, compliance, or medical terminology
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to support clinical and field-based teams through the onboarding process
