[Remote] Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Slice is a company that empowers local pizzerias with technology and services. They are seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning materials for their sales teams and other departments, enhancing skills and knowledge through innovative instructional design.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, playbooks and assessments
- Leverage our tools and feedback, you’ll own training content, proactively reviewing, maintaining up-to-date and centralized documentation, ensuring regular review cycles, and notification/archiving processes to ensure content is current, relevant, effective and easily accessible
- Create content that is aligned with instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Develop interactive and visual content using various authoring tools and software
- Serve as the LMS Administrator by managing the database and supporting users with common questions or feedback
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of instructional programs and materials through feedback and performance metrics
- Make improvements and updates to existing content to ensure it remains relevant and effective
Skills
- 1-2 years of Sales Enablement Instructional Design experience
