Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Field customer inquiries and respond to consumer concerns in a fast-paced environment
* Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex issues and advise first-level representatives
* Resolve high-level consumer issues and provide recommendations to policy holders
* Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
* Support policy holders with policy changes and adjustments
* Collaborate with a team of experts to provide exceptional customer service
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 6 months' customer service experience
* High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
* Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
* ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed required
