Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to our mission of identifying and attracting top talent from around the world. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area, identifying new opportunities, and analyzing professional profiles to help us find the best candidates for our searches.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
- Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
- Collaborating with our multicultural teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
