How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm is a respected, boutique estate planning and probate firm in Palm City, Florida, seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join its growing practice. This role requires managing meaningful client work and contributing immediately within a well-run, systems-driven practice.
Responsibilities
- Draft and administer trust-based estate plans
- Manage formal probate administrations
- Work closely with assigned paralegals and support staff
- Participate in daily huddles and case strategy reviews
- Deliver empathetic, detail-oriented client counsel
- Operate within proven systems and processes
Skills
- Solid foundation in estate planning and probate
- Comfortable managing files with supervision
- Eager to grow within a structured, high-volume practice
- Substantial experience drafting trust-based estate plans
- Lead attorney experience managing formal probate matters
- Proficiency with advanced estate planning strategies, including: Charitable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Flat ILITs, GRATs, QPRTs
- LL.M. in Taxation and/or Board Certification strongly preferred
