[Remote] TikTok Shop Operations Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nello is a fast-growing company focusing on TikTok Shop operations. The TikTok Shop Operations Coordinator will support the scaling of the TikTok Shop affiliate live-streaming program, assist with creator management, and maintain performance data to contribute to the brand's expansion across TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Support scaling of the TikTok Shop affiliate live-streaming program, including scheduling, coordination, and asset preparation
- Assist in identifying, onboarding, and supporting micro-creators to expand channel reach
- Manage and organize Agency creator partnerships, permissions, and relationship-building
- Maintain internal documents, trackers, and reporting sheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date performance data
- Track creator performance, campaign progress, and KPIs; flag opportunities and concerns proactively
- Contribute ideas and market observations to help identify new, innovative ways to grow the channel
Skills
- Strong organizational abilities with proven experience managing multiple tasks and priorities
- High level of administrative competence, including updating documents, tracking data, and managing systems
- Results-oriented mindset, motivated by metrics, performance, and continuous improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with comfort interacting with creators and internal team members
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Google Sheets
- Comfortable using Discord; familiarity with creator communities is a plus
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution
- Interest in creator economy, social commerce, or TikTok Shop
