Analyst, Supply Chain Solutions

The Supply Chain Solutions Analyst role focuses on transforming raw data into strategic advantages, improving operational efficiencies, and collaborating across various departments to deliver impactful logistics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Data Intelligence: Compile and analyze complex customer supply chain data using advanced mapping software, databases, and dynamic modeling tools
- Strategic Benchmarking: Research "Best in Class" supply chain practices and translate these insights into functional operational tools and custom client solutions
- Performance Optimization: Develop and evaluate key performance metrics to ensure the perfect balance of cost, service level, and supply chain speed
- Project Leadership: Coordinate and implement large-scale consulting projects across warehouse, transportation, and broader supply chain functions
- Network Modeling: Support high-level modeling projects utilizing industry-standard tools like Logic Tools, i2, or OptiLogic
- Cross-Functional Communication: Synthesize technical findings into compelling presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree: Required, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
- Professional Background: 1+ years of relevant experience (including high-level internships) in project management or supply chain analysis
- Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical audiences
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Tableau and OptiLogic is highly preferred
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability as a creative problem solver who can proactively identify risks and resolve them through data-driven insights
