Client Solutions Advisor
CCC Intelligent Solutions is a leading cloud platform for the insurance economy, focusing on innovative AI solutions that enhance the claims and repair journey. They are seeking a motivated Client Solutions Advisor to drive customer success and product adoption within repair facilities and dealerships, providing proactive support, training, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers
- Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools and updates
- Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to boost revenue
- Guide customers through best practices for using CCC’s electronic parts procurement solution
- Use performance reporting to support customer success stories and improvements
- Work cross functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory
Skills
- College Degree Preferred
- 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
- Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively (50 – 75% overnight)
- Location: OK and AR
