Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers over the phone to assist with their insurance choices, using a well-defined script
  • Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a busy call center environment
  • Address and resolve customer objections effectively
  • Regular use of database, dialing, and email software
  • Deliver clear verbal and written communication
  • Be open to other tasks as needed

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Eager to learn and adapt
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment
  • The ability to type 45 wpm
  • Proficient computer skills
