Oracle NetSuite Customer Success Associate Consultant

NetSuite is a world leader in cloud solutions, and they are seeking a Customer Success Associate Consultant to join their Customer Success Associate Development Program. This role involves building product expertise and consulting skills while helping businesses achieve their vision through high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Tackle complex business challenges individually and as part of a team through strategy, execution, and innovative problem-solving
• Deliver high-quality projects, proactively seek out opportunities for improvement, and provide best-practice guidance to help our clients maximize the value of NetSuite
• Consult with clients to deeply understand their business needs, map requirements to NetSuite functionality, and support smooth system configuration and adoption
• Drive customer satisfaction and measurable impact by meeting obtainable goals and metrics
• Be at the forefront of AI adoption in the ERP space embracing change, exploring new technologies, and introducing clients to transformative solutions

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
