[Remote] AI Operations Business Analyst

They are seeking a Business Analyst to join their AI Operations team to manage and improve workflows for automation and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across GTM and internal teams to gather and document business requirements for automation and AI projects
- Translate those requirements into actionable technical plans for the Automation Specialist, Data Engineers, and Full Stack Engineers
- Collaborate on the design and logic of AI workflows, including assistant configurations and operational use cases
- Manage project timelines and communication across teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment
- Conduct testing and validation to confirm automations meet requirements and deliver expected outcomes
- Support rollout and communication planning to drive adoption of new automations and tools
- Partner with the Manager of AI Operations to prioritize requests and maintain visibility into active and upcoming projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Enjoys solving operational challenges and translating complex needs into structured solutions
- Interested in how AI tools and automation can simplify work and improve efficiency
- Comfortable working between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Strong at managing multiple initiatives and keeping stakeholders informed and accountable
